Cancellation Policy

 Each appointment is very important to us because we reserved the time just for you! You will receive at least two notification reminders regarding your upcoming appointment upon booking. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, you must provide at least 24 hrs notice. No shows and last minute cancellations will be required to pay the full session amount from the missed appointment at the next booking. This policy allows us to accurately inform our clients of our availability, keep our schedule filled, and provide the best customer service for everyone.
